The effectiveness of inclusive education in public schools in Luxembourg

The aim of this evaluation will be a cross-sectional analysis of the implementation of inclusive schooling at all levels of the school system in order to identify the factors that facilitate or hinder the inclusion and care of pupils with special needs.

This results in a 

  • Study of the effectiveness of inclusive education in public schools: identification of barriers, conditions for success, challenges and development needs

The aim of the evaluation project will be to :

  • Develop a cross-sectional view of the educational situation of pupils with special needs in Luxembourg
  • Formulate recommendations for education policy and school stakeholders

The study follows a participatory approach that takes into account the perspectives of professionals, families and pupils.
