Chronicles of child day care and child welfare in Luxembourg
Description of the evolution from childcare to non-formal education for children and young people, and of the services and organisations that make up the non-formal education sector today, by observing how and along what dimensions the themes are constituted and transformed in Luxembourg (historical, pedagogical, societal vs. child-centred approaches, etc.).
Systematic documentation and collection of quantitative and qualitative data on non-formal education in order to establish a knowledge and data base for this specific part of the Luxembourg educational landscape by analysing its role and its interconnections with the other strands of formal and informal education (dashboard strand).
