Focus On – Analysis of the characteristics of students enrolled at Summerschool (French)
The Summerschool organised in Luxembourg’s basic education system was introduced in 2020 as part of the COVID-19 pandemic to compensate for the learning delays caused by severely disrupted teaching courses. Since then, the Summerschool remedial courses have been maintained. The OEJQS has taken the initiative of carrying out a summary analysis of the characteristics of pupils enrolled in these support and remedial classes in basic education, mainly with a view to equality of opportunity and combating educational inequality.
