Behavioural problems among children and young people
As part of its missions, the OEJQS is conducting a study on behavioural problems in children and young people, in its priority area of school inclusion. The aim of the project is to analyse the international literature of the last twenty years through a meta-analysis of quantitative and qualitative research. The main aim is to identify and evaluate evidence-based intervention models, in order to compare the benefits and limitations of school-based, extracurricular, socio-pedagogical and psychotherapeutic approaches.
In addition, an analysis of the specific conditions in Luxembourg will be carried out, enabling the conclusions to be adapted to local realities. To this end, interviews with experts, focus groups, an online survey and retrospective interviews with key stakeholders will be conducted.
For this study, the OEJQS is working with the Interkantonale Hochschule für Heilpädagogik in Zurich and the Deutsches Jugendinstitut in Munich.
