OEJQS article in the ARC professional magazine – SEA structures: training, profession and professionalisation
An article by the OEJQS has been published in the latest issue of the professional magazine ARC, published by the Association Nationale des Communautés Éducatives et Sociales (ANCES).
The authors of our thematic report “SEA Structures – Challenges and perspectives of non-formal education”, Dr Sabrina Göbel, Dr Danielle Schronen and Andreas Heinen, examine the role of professionals in the field of non-formal education and the related challenges for the development of the sector – ranging from the professionalisation of the vocation to questions concerning staff structures and the organisation of institutions.
